Hi, I'm Lauren! I'm a journalist and audio producer based in Brooklyn. 

 

​Currently, I'm a senior editor at Scholastic's newsmagazine for high schoolers, The New York Times Upfront, which reaches 1 million students across the country.

​

I've also launched and produced a podcast for NYC's only worker-owned news outlet, Hell Gate. My work has aired on NPR's All Things Considered and appeared in The New York Times and New York, among many other publications. I've worked with podcast production companies including Pushkin Industries, Prologue Projects, and Campside Media.

I studied history and creative writing at Dartmouth College, and audio storytelling at the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies. Check out my work here:
